This Fee Policy (“Policy”) forms part of the Terms and applies to all Sellers using the Services. Capitalized terms used but not defined in this Policy have the meanings given in the Terms. This Policy sets out the fees that may be charged in connection with the Services, as well as the calculation and payment of such fees.
1. Seller Commission
The Shared Environment charges Sellers a single commission fee on completed sales.
Commission Fee
A commission equal to 17% of the item sale price will be deducted from each completed transaction.

2. Payment of Fees
a. Payment. The 17% commission is automatically deducted from Seller proceeds at the time of sale before payout is remitted.
b. Statements. Sellers may access account statements through the Services that reflect sales, fees, deductions, and net payouts.
3. Refunds of Fees
a. Transaction Fees. Transaction fees may be refunded when a sale is fully cancelled and a full refund is issued to the Buyer through the Services. For partial refunds, a proportional refund of the transaction fee may be issued.
4. Changes to Fees
The Shared Environment may modify the commission rate in the future only upon advance notice through an update to this Policy. Continued use of the Services following the effective date of any change constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
